Blind Scrapping on TONIGHT!!
Blind Scrapping starts tonight and challenges will be uploaded at 7pm NT time. You will then have until midnight Monday 29 September 2008 to send your challenges to me and I will upload to the blog to share.
For anyone who has never taken part in a blind challenge here are the rules.
1. Have fun
2. Interpret the instructions however you like
3. Use whatever products and photos you like
4. Upload you entries between Friday night and Sunday.
5. That's the only rules!!
Challenge #1 - You will need
4 x Pattern Paper
2 x Cardstock
Photo
Alphas
Ribbon
Rhinestones/Pearls
Overlay/Transparency
Stamp
Ink
Pen
Step 1 – Ink all edges of pattern paper #1.
Step 2 – Cut out a 28cm x 14cm rectangle with shaped edge on three sides from pattern paper #2 and adhere to pattern paper #1.
Step 3 – Cut out a 12cm x 6cm rectangle from cardstock #1 and adhere on top of pattern paper #2 to the left.
Step 4 – Cut out 23cm x 4cm rectangle with scalloped edge on 2 sides from cardstock #2 and doodle a design around the edges in pen. Then adhere near the bottom.
Step 5 – Cut out a 25cm x 4cm rectangle from pattern paper #3 and adhere on overlaying cardstock #1 and #2 and pattern paper #2.
Step 6 – Cut out a 20cm x 3.5cm rectangle from pattern paper #4 and adhere on top of pattern paper #3.
Step 7 – Adhere photo slightly overlaying pattern paper #4.
Step 8 – Adhere two bits of ribbon on the top right hand side of the photo.
Step 9 – Attach an overlay on top of the photo
Step 10 – Add some stamping to the bottom and top right of the layout
Step 11 – Incorporate some rhinestones/pearls to the stamping
Step 12 – Add title
Then that is it and you are done.

Challenge #2 - You will need:
3 x Pattern Paper
1 x Cardstock
5x7 Photo
3 x Different Alphas
Ribbon
Lace
Buttons
Flowers (various sizes)
Needle & thread
Ink
Step 1 – Cut a 22cm x 18cm rectangle from pattern paper #1 and adhere on an angle to the right of cardstock #1.
Step 2 – Cut a 14.5cm x 22cm rectangle from pattern paper #2 and ink edges. Adhere overlapping pattern paper #1 on a different angle.
Step 3 – Cut a 17cm diameter circle with a scalloped edge from pattern paper #3. Adhere on top of pattern paper #2.
Step 4 – Adhere 5x7 photo on an angle.
Step 5 – Attach length of ribbon overlapping length of lace on the bottom of photo.
Step 6 – Adhere and assortment of mixed size and colour flowers to the top and bottom left of the photo. Adhere another lot to the right of the layout also.
Step 7 – With your needle and thread hand sew a flourish shape to the left of the photo.
Step 8 – Add your title using 3 different types of alphas.
Then that is it and you are done.
